			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Monday Quarterback Club, the business group that backs the Buffalo Bills, has announced that its first luncheon will be held on Monday, September 13, the day following the Bills home opener against the Miami Dolphins.</p>
<p>The luncheon, sponsored by Tops Markets, will be held at the Harbour Club at HSBC Arena, with doors open at 11:15 am for a buffet lunch, and the program following at 12:15 pm. <strong>Ed Kilgore</strong>, sports director at WGRZ-TV will serve as emcee. The event is open to Monday Quarterback Club members and their guests. The Western New York media is invited. The event coincides with the Bills’ Alumni Weekend, and special guests will include <strong>Sal Maiorana</strong>, sportswriter for the Rochester Democrat &amp; Chronicle and author of a new book, “<strong>Buffalo Bills – A Complete Illustrated History.</strong>” Bills’ General Manager <strong>Buddy Nix</strong> will also be present to provide his perspectives on the team. Members of the Bills alumni are also expected to attend.</p>
<p>The Monday Quarterback Club was founded by area community leaders in 1960. It is an organization of business people that works to support the Bills and professional football in Western New York. The Club hosts luncheons during the season and other special events throughout the year. All programs feature a prominent guest speaker and provide an up-close look at the Bills.</p>
<p>The Club’s other events include the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Distinguished Service Award luncheon, the Wall of Fame luncheon, and the Players’ Award luncheon at the end of the season.</p>

To do this, you will first need to put images into the Excerpt sections of your posts. Here&#8217;s how to do that, for one post:</p>
<ol>
<li>Upload an image on the post editing screen.</li>
<li>Switch to the &#8220;Code&#8221; editor, rather than the &#8220;Visual&#8221; editor.</li>
<li>Use the Uploads / Browse tab to insert the image into your post. Make sure to insert the full-sized image, with no link.</li>
<li>Copy the inserted HTML <tt>img</tt> tag, and paste it into the &#8220;Optional Excerpt&#8221; section of the post editing screen.</li>
<li>Finish writing the post content (you can remove the image), and publish the post.</li>
</ol>
<p>Now you will need to modify your template. We&#8217;ll use a trick: the <a title="Template Tags/the excerpt rss" href="http://m-casper.com/Template_Tags/the_excerpt_rss"><strong><span style="color: #2583ad;">the_excerpt_rss()</span></strong></a> Template Tag does not put a paragraph tag around the excerpt. So we can use it to insert the <tt>img</tt> HTML and put it inside a link. Here&#8217;s what you need to put into your Template, in place of using <tt>the_content</tt>:</p>
